Art Lives - Sherry Shahan

Sherry Shahan lives in a laid-back beach town in California where she grows potatoes in the cardboard box that delivered a stereo. She loves to wander the globe and watch people from behind; whether in the hub of London, a backstreet in Havana, or alone from a window in a squat hotel room in Paris; whether with a 35 mm camera or an iPhone. Her art has appeared in magazines, newspapers, literary journals, and anthologies. She holds an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts and taught a creative writing course for UCLA Extension for ten years.
