Steliana Cristina Voicu lives in Ploieşti, Romania and loves painting, poetry, Japanese culture, photography, and astronomy. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics from Petroleum-Gas University of Ploieşti and in 2012 received her Master diploma in Business Support Databases from the same institution.

She received 1^st prize at Wild Plum International Haiku Contest 2015, 3rd prize at Le Prix Jocelyne Villeneuve 2017 Honorable Mentions at Bashō Memorial English Haiku Contest in 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019, Honorable Mentions at The Betty Drevniok Award, 2015, 2017, 1st prize at Fleeting Words Tanka Contest 2015 and others.
