Susan Myrick, writer and photographer, has had photography displayed at the Art Institute of Chicago, as well as exhibited at the Village of Wilmette Library (a portrait show) and the Chicago Botanic Gardens. Both essays and photography have been published in Northwestern University’s senior literary magazine. Her photographs also have received various contest awards. Writings have been published in two essay collections and in the oldest American literary nature magazine, Snowy Egret. A number of essays are in the contemporary collection at Chicago’s Newberry Library (within the Winnetka Fortnightly papers).
